About the BLOG:
In line with the name and TAG line of the blog, this is an attempt to provide ‘just another perspective’ on the subject – IT Service Management (ITSM) with the hope that this leads to more perspectives and thus share knowledge and grow together in this small world.
Topics discussed here could range from ITIL, Information security, IT Governance, Service Management Automation, ISO certifications related to ITSM, Quality and Improvement for IT Services etc.. anything related to and adds value to the readers in the area of ITSM.
And so the name goes - IT Service Management – Unlimited!
About the AUTHOR:

The author is a Lead Consultant in ITSM, based out of India. Currently associated with an IT Services major in India, he handles key customer engagements in IT Service Management and Information Security advisory services as well as trainings. He has over 13 years of IT industry experience, of which, last 5 years exclusively in delivering advisory services in the area of IT Service Management – ITIL®, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 and IT process improvements.
Being a certified ITIL® Service Manager with a very strong IT operations and ITSM consulting background, he has delivered various ITSM related consultancy projects to global organizations in the United Kingdom, Middle East, and in India. He is also a certified ITIL educator, and has trained 100s of professionals on ITIL Foundations and Masters.
His previous associations were with global IT Service organizations like Microland, where he was leading the ITSM consulting practice, Accenture where he handled IT Quality and implementation of technology practices for eSCM and with Wipro Infotech, managing Unix Server Operations for Wipro Ltd from its Global Network Operations Center.
